Carlos Briceño F.

Co-founder of Camina Consultores, Global Regenerative Tourism Initiative, Virtuoso Chile.

Consultant, facilitator, and educator specializing in Regenerative Tourism and Sustainable Tourism. With over 18 years of experience, Specialist in Strategic Design, Planning, Management, Development, and Innovation of Sustainable Tourism, promoter of Regenerative Tourism.

He has worked in collaborative strategic destination design and planning, territorial innovation agendas, and municipal sustainable tourism development plans. He has also supported the collaborative development of sustainable tourism business associations (clusters), as well as community restoration and development in partnership with rural communities and the ancestral Rapa Nui, Mapuche, and Likanantai cultures.

Specialized training in innovation and technology transfer projects in Sustainable Tourism and Regenerative Tourism. He has worked in internationally renowned destinations such as Easter Island, San Pedro de Atacama, Torres del Paine, Iguazú in Argentina, Mexico, and Costa Rica, among others. His experience includes the design, implementation, and consulting of ecolodges and eco-hotels, tourism development plans for sustainable destinations, and projects focused on collaboration management and regenerative culture. He is a university lecturer in postgraduate and master’s programs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University for International Cooperation in Costa Rica, as well as director of the EEyNN Diploma Program at the National University of San Martín in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Martin Araneda M.

Co-founder of Camina Consultores, Global Regenerative Tourism Initiative, Virtuoso Chile.

Organizational Development Consultant, Strategic Planning, Learning Space Facilitator, and Regenerative Designer. Experience in designing and developing sustainable tourism projects, creating communities, and training local organizations. Lecturer in Programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Adjunct Researcher in Utopian Migrants research programs - UFRO.

He holds a degree in Business Engineering from Universidad Diego Portales in Chile and is an internal auditor for the Smart Voyager Sustainable Tourism Certification Program. He is certified in the Virtuoso Coherence Model for Strategic Organizational Coherence and in Organic Leadership Consulting and Facilitation (FLOC). He also specializes in collaborative project design using the Dragon Dreaming methodology and in designing sustainable and regenerative human settlements.
